Bianchi bicycles are covered by a 5 year warranty over the frame and 2 years over all Bianchi components. We recommend registering your bike on the Bianchi website as soon as receiving your new bicycle by using the bicycle frame number to be covered by warranty claims.
In case of a claim needed to be made, please contact us immediately before bringing the bike to any other shop or dealer. Failure to do so, may void your warranty claim.
Bikes are delivered in their original boxes as they arrive from the Bianchi warehouse, partially built. You need some advanced mechanical skills to complete the bike. We recommend seeking the assistance of a Bianchi authorized dealer to complete your bike. Any damage to the bike due to lack of mechanical competence, either by you or your mechanic, may void any warranty claim.
